Day 1 of the 31 Day challenge

I’ve watched several people go through the 31 day challenge with good results. I’m aware that my blog has been put to one side for a few months now and is more than ready for a spring tidy-up- except on this side of the world that has to be an early winter tidy-up! I’ve been putting it off, so I thought undertaking the 31 day challenge might help me!

The first task is to email a new reader – which I’ve done tonight! I’ve probably cheated just a fraction as the person I chose to email is the person who commented on my latest posting – and someone I met at the European Occupational Therapy Congress in Hamburg! However, who knows – it might just encourage Ann to keep coming back!

So Day 1 task completed… and I’ll be back to do Day 2 task tomorrow!

  1. Now I’m going to be a pain. Are you doing the Comment challenge or Blog challenge?

  2. well I’m now well confused about the difference – or rather which one I’ve picked up to do and which I want to do.. back to the drawing board!!

  3. Hello! I’ve started late too – better now than never :o ) Sarah Stewart told me about your late start via Twitter.

I’m signed up for the comment challenge but I think it’s about maintaining our blogs by reflecting too isn’t it? I need something to prod me to action so I contribute more regularly.

  4. Hello fiona
I’ve just see your comment about commenting on my blog and no response from me – I’m so sorry. somehow I missed your comment here. It is a challenge I’m finding between doing the task for the day and reflecting on that in my blog, and also keeping other entries going for my blog which are interesting for others to read – I’m sure most people aren’t that interested in how I find the commenting challenge – unless they are doing it as well! What is a plus is it is getting me back to actively posting on my blog every night! So the habitforming part of the task is good – how are you finding it?
